Buster Dog Sitting Terms and Conditions

Buster Dog Sitting provides dog-sitting and pet-care services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area of Texas. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• In-home dog sitting
• Pet supervision
• Feeding and watering
• Exercise and walks
• Medication administration as agreed
• Companionship and general pet care

Specific services, schedules, and rates will be agreed upon between Buster Dog Sitting and the client before services begin.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Website or book services.

By booking services, you represent that you are the legal owner of the pet or are authorized to make decisions regarding the pet's care.

Clients agree that all pets receiving services:

• Are current on legally required vaccinations.
• Are free from contagious illnesses.
• Have accurate identification information.
• Are not known to be dangerous or aggressive unless fully disclosed in writing before services begin.

Buster Dog Sitting reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a pet presents a safety risk to people, other animals, or property.

The pet owner agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding:

• Medical conditions
• Medications and dosage instructions
• Behavioral concerns
• Feeding instructions
• Emergency contacts
• Veterinary information
• Home access instructions

Failure to disclose material information may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.

When services require access to the client's home, the client authorizes Buster Dog Sitting to enter the property solely for the purpose of providing agreed-upon pet-care services.

Clients are responsible for providing functional keys, access codes, alarm instructions, or other necessary means of entry.

Buster Dog Sitting is not responsible for losses resulting from faulty locks, malfunctioning security systems, or inaccurate access information provided by the client.

In the event of a medical emergency involving a pet, Buster Dog Sitting will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner immediately.

If the owner cannot be reached, the owner authorizes Buster Dog Sitting to seek veterinary treatment deemed reasonably necessary for the health and safety of the pet.

The pet owner remains solely responsible for:

• Veterinary expenses
• Emergency transportation costs
• Medications
• Follow-up treatment costs
• Any related fees

Payment terms shall be established during booking.

Buster Dog Sitting may require deposits, advance payments, or payment in full prior to the start of services.

Failure to make timely payment may result in:

• Service cancellation
• Refusal of future bookings
• Collection efforts for unpaid balances

Clients should provide as much notice as possible when canceling services.

Buster Dog Sitting reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations or no-shows.

Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Buster Dog Sitting unless otherwise required by law.

During the course of providing services, Buster Dog Sitting may take photographs of pets.

Unless the client provides written notice withholding consent, the client grants Buster Dog Sitting permission to use pet photographs for marketing, promotional, website, and social media purposes.

No owner personal information will be disclosed without consent.

While Buster Dog Sitting exercises reasonable care and attention, pets are unpredictable animals and circumstances may arise beyond our control.

Buster Dog Sitting shall not be liable for:

• Illnesses not caused by negligence
• Injuries arising from undisclosed conditions
• Escapes caused by defective collars, leashes, harnesses, fences, gates, or other equipment supplied by the owner
• Acts of nature or severe weather
• Theft, fire, utility outages, or other emergencies beyond reasonable control
• Actions of third parties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buster Dog Sitting's total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buster Dog Sitting and its representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• The behavior of the client's pet
• The client's breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Inaccurate information provided by the client

This provision does not apply to damages directly caused by Buster Dog Sitting's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Buster Dog Sitting shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Floods
• Tornadoes
• Power outages
• Road closures
• Government actions
• Public emergencies
• Natural disasters

You agree not to:

• Use the Website unlawfully
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website
• Interfere with Website operations
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Submit false or misleading information
