Employment terms

What to expect when you join the team.

Buster Pro Services keeps the working relationship clear from day one. Here is how terms, scheduling, pay, and certification work for our walkers and sitters.

Terms & conditions

Walkers and sitters join Buster Pro Services as part of a small, trusted team. Before your first outing you'll sign a short working agreement covering conduct, client confidentiality, pet-safety standards, and use of our scheduling tools. You set your own availability, and either side can end the arrangement with reasonable notice.

Start & end dates and payment

We agree on a start date when you join and, for seasonal or fixed-term roles, an end date up front. Pay is administered on a regular pay cycle by direct deposit or your preferred digital method, with rates and the payment schedule confirmed in writing before your first paid shift.

CPR & dog certification

Team members hold or are working toward pet CPR / first-aid certification and a recognized dog-handling certification. Buster Pro Services helps cover approved courses, and current certificates are kept on file for every walker and sitter.
